Customers need to demand Spectrum start doing pre-employment verifications, have a process for identifying erratic behavior by service technicians and escalating those cases so they are not 
deployed into people’s homes, and they need to stop forcing people into arbitration. How many countless rapes, murders, theft and abuses are we not aware of because they’re hidden by these 
secret settlements? We need transparency and we need it now.
