Tracy opened Lawson & Associates in 2009, a certified VOSB, VBE, WOSB, WBE and State of Hawaii DOT DBE/SBE specializing in safety support services. In 2020, Tracy co-founded the Safety Intelligence Institute and also co-founded BEHawaii, a nonprofit focused on human capital sustainability.
